Orange County Swap Meet

We went to the Orange County Swap Meet on Saturday! It was such a nice day walking around in the warm sun. We got the girls a wagon & they loved it! Already can't wait to go back again!

Softball

The other team didn't show up for Jordyn's softball game today, so we split up her team & got siblings out on the field to help out, just for fun! At first Ash didn't want to but then Jordy talked her into it. She packed up her My Little Pony's that she was playing with and headed out to the field.

Jordy LOVES Mia. She is Jenna's little sister (pictured here on 2nd base)

Off to 1st base

2nd time up to bat, she was a bit more confident

If you know Ash, then you know how much this was out of her comfort zone. Especially getting dirt inside her sandals.

As we were leaving she said she wants to play t-ball now. We'll see if she still feels that way next year at sign-ups!

SEVEN

Seven years ago this precious baby was born. It took 32 hours with no epidural & finally an emergency c-section for her to enter this world but it was all worth it! 1st Birthday
2nd Birthday with Auntie Jessi
3rd Birthday
4th Birthday
5th Birthday
6th Birthday
7th Birthday

I can't even believe that I have a seven year old. Jordy is getting so big and I just wish I could slow down time. For her birthday her and her friends went to Mulligan's, then back to our house for pizza!

Jordyn does not like cake or frosting, so she picked this cookie cake from Mrs. Fields (which happens to be my favorite). She wanted writing on the cookie so her piece was the little square without any frosting.
Happy Birthday to my smart, busy, helpful, sneaky, kind, cuddly, and determined 7 year old. I love you more everyday and thank God that he blessed me with you!!

Ashlyn and Emma

These 2 are not only cousin's but the best of friends! I have never seen a 2 year old and a 5 year old play so well together!

Notice Emma's beautiful hair...Ashlyn did it for her. Emma sits so still while Ashlyn says turn your head, hold still, look this way, don't move, your hair is going to look beautiful. Emma playing with Ashlyn's hair
Just busy playing together!
This one on another day, but as you can see they love to be together!

I love that we are 5 minutes away from Emma and her adorable little brother Ian. I love getting to see them and hang out with them so often!

Black Eyed Jordyn

You've heard of the Black Eyed Peas?? Well I have a black eyed Jordyn!!
Last night after walking her to the bathroom (while she was still half asleep) she fell out of my hands and hit her face on the tile in the hallway.

I was so scared to look because the sound was pretty loud. I was praying she didn't need stitches again...I don't want to go through that again. What a horrible way to be woken up out of your sleep...she had no idea what happened.
She said, "Mom, take a picture like this."
Poor thing! It is getting more purple as time goes on. Needless to say, I will hold onto her very tight now when taking her to the bathroom at night.

Ash's new hairstyle

So Ash has been saying for awhile now that she doesn't want bangs. She begs me all the time to pull them back. So today I gave in. Not sure how I feel about it yet...but she loves it!!

Emily's 13th Birthday

We met up with Natalie (Darrick's sister) and family at ESPN Zone in Downtown Disney for Emily's 13th B-day.
These girls sure do LOVE to see their cousins!

After dinner the kids flocked to Uncle Mickey! The 3 girls sat on his lap for the rest of the time!

The yummiest cake I've ever had (Mickey's mom made it). Seriously I can taste it right now and now I'm craving it! She made cupcakes of it too!

We spent 5 hours there and it flew by. The kids loved getting to play games with eachother and I loved getting to visit with Natalie while the big kids (our husbands) played games with the kids.
